What are the causes of male sexual dysfunction?

As we grow older, many people will find that their lust is diminishing and their bodies are not as good as they used to be. In fact, this is a normal phenomenon. No one can stay youthful and immortal. Now, come with me to find out the causes of the decline of male sexual function.

1、Age

This is an important reason that affects lust. A woman's lust reaches its peak around the age of 30 to 40. After menopause, it gradually declines.

Quite a number of young women are not so strong in love life itself and lack initiative. It is not surprising that their lust needs men to awaken.

After the age of 40, men have basically gone downhill from the perspective of physiological functions.

Currently, there are many couples where the husband is older than the wife. However, when the wife is younger, it is more difficult for the couple to coordinate their sex life. Such couples should make good psychological adjustments and communication of love and sex before marriage.

Men, first of all, should be mentally prepared to lead a sex life and arrange the sex life according to their desires and physical conditions to control the intensity and frequency.

Secondly, men should make up for the lack of physical strength with their sexual experience. Lingering foreplay fully stimulates the wife's excitement, better control their time, and helps both parties to obtain more sexual pleasure.

In addition, let your wife feel your love at all times. Frequent intimate physical contact, such as hugging, kissing, etc., is a powerful supplement to the love life.

For women, it is necessary to truly accept the physical differences between you and your partner.  It’s a good idea to be mentally prepared for the potential difficulties in sex that may occur in the next 10 or 20 years. That is to say, don’t set your bar too high. ;)

2. Malnutrition

Malnutrition might cause amenorrhea or difficulty in conceiving due to excessive weight loss in women. There is a study that shows the lack of important trace elements such as protein and zinc, may cause the decline of sexual function. Adequate and complete nutrition, especially eating more foods containing high-quality protein, multivitamins and zinc, can maintain a normal level of sexual function.

(For example, chives and oysters, contain much zinc. If men eat more oysters, chives, and mutton, the quality of the semen they ejaculate will become higher.)

However, you should also pay attention to over-nutrition and obesity. Some weighed 120 before marriage and increased to 180 pounds after marriage. This severe obesity can easily lead to loss of libido. Some men can have sex 7 times a night before, but don’t even have libido for days after they gain too much weight. It is because of obesity.

When there is excessive obesity, even the penis looks smaller. This reduction is not normal atrophy caused by age. It is the fat that accumulated in the waist and abdomen, which buries the penis itself.

3、Sexual Abstinence

What kind of changes do vaginas have when women abstain from sex for too long?

Pain!

Whether it is the first intercourse in life or the sex after long sexual abstinence, female friends will almost always feel some pain.

The main reason is that the muscles in the vagina have been resting for too long, resulting in a little pain when in use again.

Another one is the shrinking of the vagina. Most people think that menopause intercourse is no longer needed. In fact, this is a wrong understanding. Women still produce estrogen after menopause Thus, when women stop having sex after menopause, it will lead to dryness and thinning of the vagina.

Long-term abstinence is a very traumatic behaviour for both women and men. There are many friends who are asking: "What happens to a man who is sexually abstinent for too long. Is sexual ability a "use it or lose it” thing?"

Let me explain it using an example. I remember a friend who found a beautiful wife. . .

When his ex-wife was seriously ill, the doctor told her to refrain from intercourse. He felt sorry for his wife, so he completely abstained from sex.

After his ex-wife died, he has been living a life of zero sex. A few years later, he finally found a new partner. However, he found that his penis could no longer arouse...

That is to say, keep having sex in a moderate frequency is helpful to alleviate the decline in sexual function
